Terms of service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms govern your use of TrajectIt, provided by H&E Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16161118) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use TrajectIt.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Your content
You own what you put into TrajectIt. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to upload it.
If you make a tracker public, anyone with the link can view what you chose to show, and it may be copied by them. Take care not to publish personal data about other people without a lawful reason. You can switch the link off or reset it at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not use TrajectIt to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload or share illegal, abusive or malicious content, including malware;
- attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its limits;
- scrape or resell the service, or use it to send spam, including through invitations.
To report content or abuse, email [email protected]. We may remove content, disable public links or suspend accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk.
The service
TrajectIt is currently free. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of any significant change. If we introduce paid plans you will not be charged without agreeing to them. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in settings, and your data will be removed as described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is" and, to the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit or opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of £100 or what you paid us in the previous 12 months. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use TrajectIt afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, although if you are a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim where you live.
